Packing parties are the best! Especially when there’s pizza

The arrival of 166,739 Little Zebra books from the printers caused a flurry of excitement and a call for two packing parties!  Our Little Zebra team prepared and packed a total of 140 boxes brimful of beautiful books in six languages for children in Mozambique. 

The titles were mostly Bible stories, but included popular folktales and easy readers.

22,180 Cisena books – destination Beira

39,742 Cinyungwe books and 24,993 Cinyanja books – destination Tete

51,250 Elomwe books, 25,500 Emakhuwa books and 5,110 Echuwabo books – destination Nampula.

Wow! We wish you could have been there, but the team felt your presence every step of the way. The books are already on their way, and some have even arrived at their destinations.
